Emblem Divide is proudly supporting the following charities;
Please note, though the charities have all agreed to their names being present on the site, this is not to be considered an endorsement of the book by the respective charities.
Bliss
Bliss is the only UK charity that helps care for premature and sick babies. We are dedicated to ensuring that more babies not only survive but also go on to have the best possible quality of life.
Bliss provides emotional and practical support for parents and families through what can be a traumatic time in their lives. Our free family support helpline, website, online parent messageboard and range of information leaflets help tens of thousands of families every year. We also work with hospital units and run local support groups to provide longer term support. By supporting parents and families, we help them give the most effective care to their babies and enable them to make confident and informed decisions.
We fund major clinical research projects that aim to improve the care provided to all sick and premature babies. We also support the development of doctors and nurses through specialist study days, bursaries and publications such as our Information Guide for Health Visitors.

Christian Aid
Christian Aid is a Christian organisation that insists the world can and must be swiftly changed to one where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty.
It works globally for profound change that eradicates the causes of poverty, striving to achieve equality, dignity and freedom for all, regardless of faith or nationality. It is part of a wider movement for social justice.
It provides urgent, practical and effective assistance where need is great, tackling the effects of poverty as well as its root causes.

CAFOD
CAFOD works in more than 60 countries worldwide; tackling poverty and injustice alongside our partners and other UK agencies. The values that inspire our work are compassion, hope, dignity, solidarity, partnership, sustainability and stewardship. We aim to help some of the world’s poorest communities bring positive change to their lives; working on both long term development programmes and responding to emergencies.
